It's every baseball fans favorite time of the year (well, except for the postseason, perhaps): Opening Day.
As of today every team shares a stake in first place in their division and has a shot at winning the World Series, technically ... yes, even the Royals and Pirates. There is no better day to renew this little, unread blog than on this glorious day.
Needless to say I've been too heavily involved in following other sports (College Football and Basketball mostly) to have anything invested in baseball until now, but as those sports have either ended or are winding down, it's time to re-shift my focus and seeing as how I'm back in the baseball mood expect a flurry of posts in the next couple of days
